ADLWPW AREA 2 – Overview and Learning Objectives

Area 2 Overview

Keeping the foundational information from Area 1 about how human beings take in and make sense of information, in this section we will examine behaviorally based leadership theories that apply to the leader-follower relationship.

AREA LEARNING OBJECTIVE: The participant will evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of themselves and their organization on leader-follower interactions to include areas of high performance and identifying areas for improvement in a writing assignment shared with peers.
